Ammon News - Public Works Minister Maher Abu Alsaman Friday visited the site of the collapses near Al-Khraishiya Bridge in Jerash to see the damage caused by the retaining wall "Qabion" collapse, which fell over in the Green Mountain area from the rain.

Abu Alsaman noted the "importance of addressing the imbalances" in the area where the collapse happened through a partnership plan with the Jerash municipality to end the resulting damage to protect the people in the area.

The head of the Greater Jerash Municipality, Ahmed Atoum, said the municipality is ready to cooperate to restore the roads where the collapses occurred and treat the infrastructure in the retaining wall "Qabion."
