The announcement stated that diesel fell from $655 to $640, a 2 percent decrease, and kerosene dropped from $704 to $690, also by 2 percent. The cost of fuel oil decreased slightly from $446 to $442, a 1% drop, while the average price of liquefied petroleum gas rose in November to $631, up 2% from October's $621. Regarding the cost of Brent crude oil, it dropped by 3 percent, going from $76 to $73 per barrel.
