Col. Mohammad Al Jayousi said in a statement. Al Jayousi, who is also in charge of the advanced ambulance sites at the Northern Military Zone, added that those refugees had suffered form high temperatures, diarrhea, exhaustion and gynecology conditions, as well as providing treatment to children aged between one year to 12 years. The military official noted that the displaced people, who were treated, were escorted back to Syria. The total number of Syrians treated by the field team has reached 1694 patients since the beginning of the escalation in the southern Daraa province in Syria, some of whom were admitted to public hospitals for surgery, Al Jayousi said. A specialized team provides various medical services, including general, internal, preventive, gynecology, surgery and pediatrics, in order to prevent the spread of epidemic diseases, Al Jayousi concluded.
