It warned of dusty winds and the formation of torrents, and stressed the need to stay away from the sides of valleys and places where torrents form, especially in areas that will witness heavy rainfall and the need to reserve special treatments for people who suffer from asthma, allergies, and chest disorders.

The PSD also stressed the need to be careful while driving in areas expected to witness dust and rain, especially in the southern and eastern regions of the Kingdom. and to call the unified emergency phone 911 if the need arises.
