Gov't provides support worth JD500,000 to JFA

Ammon News - The Cabinet, in its session held Wednesday, chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Bisher Khasawneh, decided to to disburse an amount of JD500,000 in additional support to the Jordanian Football Association (JFA), to be added to the amount of JD1 million that the government decided to provide to the JFA and was disbursed last Thursday.

The Cabinet decision comes under Royal directives to the government to provide support to the Jordanian Football Association, in light of the unprecedented historical achievement of the Al-Nashama team in winning the silver medal in the Asian Cup, and to provide whatever reasons possible to sustain this achievement and build on it.
