Ammon News - The Élysée Palace confirmed that French President Emmanuel Macron will head to Jordan after visiting the occupied Jerusalem and meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, as part of a tour he is undertaking in the region due to the repercussions of the Israeli war on Gaza.
Macron arrived in Tel Aviv on Tuesday to express France's full solidarity with the Israeli occupation, according to AFP.
The president is likely to hold talks with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Gulf leaders, according to the Élysée.
Macron also had confirmed that he would make this trip if it could be useful for the region.
