This case is the first murder registered with the Grand Criminal Prosecution in 2023. The 62-year-old accused shot the deceased when he tried to steal building materials from a building which is under construction, while the deceased was a guard for the building, as he tried to stop him. The investigation is still ongoing.

Ammon News - The Public Prosecutor of Major Crimes, Hussein Khalayleh, charged a murder charge as a prelude to the theft felony to a Jordanian who killed a building guard of an Arab nationality 35 years ago, and decided to detain him for 15 days pending investigation.

This case is the first murder registered with the Grand Criminal Prosecution in 2023.

The 62-year-old accused shot the deceased when he tried to steal building materials from a building which is under construction, while the deceased was a guard for the building, as he tried to stop him.

The investigation is still ongoing.
