Ammon News - Weather on Saturday will be relatively cold almost nationwide with a low possibility of light and scattered showers of rain in the Kingdom's eastern and southeastern regions, Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
In its report, the JMD warns of the risk of low horizontal visibility due to dust, especially in the desert areas, and slippery roads in areas expected to witness rain.
According to the JMD, Sunday will see relatively cold weather almost countrywide, and the mercury will be pleasant in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba.
At night, Jordan's eastern and southeastern regions will be affected by a state of atmospheric instability, as an opportunity for sporadic showers are set to fall in parts of the country's eastern and southern regions, which may be often heavy.
On Monday, the Kingdom remains under state of instability, and temperatures will drop slightly, and downpour will extend to parts of the Kingdom's central areas.
Unstable weather is expected to continue to affect the Kingdom on Tuesday, and scattered showers of rain are expected to fall often in the country's southern and eastern regions.
Temperatures in the capital Amman today will hit 13 degrees Celsius, dipping to 4C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a fair 21C, sliding to 12C at night.
