Ammon News - The Public Security Directorate (PSD) said that most regions of the Kingdom are now witnessing heavy rainfall, which caused a rise in the water level, especially in the southern and central regions.

The PSD stressed the need to avoid low areas, valleys and streams of torrents, and not risk cutting them and moving to higher areas.

The Directorate called on the drivers to take the utmost care and caution while driving, to check the readiness of the vehicle before driving, to abide by traffic rules, to avoid high speeds and to commit dangerous violations and to follow up the bulletins and instructions issued by the Directorate and the competent authorities, and to call the unified emergency number (911) when needed and necessary.
