2,500 trucks to enter Aqaba on Monday, expectations

Ammon News - The Chief of Commissioners of Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Board Nayef Bakheet, said on Monday that the pace of shipping to Aqaba is increasing.

Bakheet added that about 2112 trucks entered Aqaba from Sunday until 12:00 pm, an increase of 600 trucks compared to the previous day.

He indicated that from 12 o'clock at night until 7 am, 540 trucks entered, and Sunday's rate was within the normal rate before the truck strike.

Bakheet expected 2,500 trucks to enter on Monday, noting that the normal daily rate was 2,500 trucks to Aqaba.
