Jordan offers condolences to DRC over victims of devastating floods

Ammon News - Jordan sent its deepest sympathies and condolences to the government and people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) on Wednesday for the victims of the floods that struck the nation's capital, Kinshasa, on Tuesday and left many people dead.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed the Kingdom's sympathy with the Democratic Republic of the Congo and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

In Kinshasa, widespread floods and landslides brought on by torrential rain have claimed the lives of at least 120 people and injured dozens more.
