Senate president meets foreign ambassadors

Ammon News - President of the Senate Faisal Fayez welcomed three foreign ambassadors on Tuesday to discuss cooperation prospects between Jordan and their countries in various fields.

During separate meetings with Ambassadors Ismail Aramaz of Turkey, Lee Jae-wan of South Korea and Aidarabek Tumatov of Kazakhstan, Fayez spoke about current political issues in the region, reiterating Jordan's firm stance to end disputes through political dialogue.

The Senate head highlighted Jordan's political and economic reform process, noting the "high level" relations with these countries and stressing the importance of further strengthening cooperation in political, economic and other fields.

The envoys commended Jordan's key role in achieving regional peace and stability.

They said their countries are committed to cementing relations with Jordan, particularly building investment partnerships and activating signed trade agreements to serve common interests.
