The draft law comes as part of the constitutional amendments for 2022, which include granting the IEC the power to consider requests for the establishment of political parties, approve them and follow up on them. The Cabinet also decided to approve the review of the bank guarantee for the importer card so that companies operating in the economic sectors: industrial, commercial and service are not required to provide a bank guarantee to issue an importer card except in specific cases. The decision is aimed at streamlining measures for the economic sectors, contributing to reducing production and operational costs and reducing the prices of goods for consumers.

The Cabinet Sunday passed an amendment to the Independent Election Commission (IEC) law for 2020.

The draft law comes as part of the constitutional amendments for 2022, which include granting the IEC the power to consider requests for the establishment of political parties, approve them and follow up on them.
The Cabinet also decided to approve the review of the bank guarantee for the importer card so that companies operating in the economic sectors: industrial, commercial and service are not required to provide a bank guarantee to issue an importer card except in specific cases.
The decision is aimed at streamlining measures for the economic sectors, contributing to reducing production and operational costs and reducing the prices of goods for consumers.
