More spring-like conditions, with rain chances forecast for three days

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected Saturday, becoming around their annual average and bringing pleasant conditions across many parts of the country, while it will be warm in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD)said in its daily brief.
Clouds at various altitudes with scattered showers are also expected at times with southwesterly moderate winds.
Another rise in mercury levels is also forecast over the next two days, and similar spring-conditions will continue with the remaining chance for light showers in different parts of the Kingdom, the JMD added.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman and northern cities will hover around 20 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 12 at night, while it will be warmer in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 29 and lows standing at 18, the JMD said.
