Police nab post office robbers, retrieve stolen cash

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Police on Wednesday announced arresting three people, who robbed a post office in Al-Dhulail in Az-Zarqa Governorate earlier the same day.
A security source at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) said its detectives uncovered the circumstances of the robbery,arrested all culprits, one of whom is a post office's staff, and retrieved the whole stolen cash.
After collecting evidence, analyzing necessary data, CID investigation team identified post office's employee as Ala'a Din Nathem Ali, is directly involved in the robbery.
During the interrogation, Ali confessed to planning the post's robbery alongside two others, one of them is a female.
The plan entails that Ahmad Ismail Ahmad alongside a female, would arrive at the scene in a set time, rob the office at gun point and then share the money .
Following the investigation, CID experts identified the suspects, who confessed to their involvement in robbery, retrieved the stolen cash amounted to JD22,321 and confiscated the gun used in the robbery.
