By the afternoon, scattered showers are expected in the northern parts of the Kingdom and select areas in the central and eastern regions, with the possibility of thunderstorms in some places. Winds will be moderate northwesterly, occasionally becoming active.
The Jordan Meteorological Department advised caution due to early morning fog over high mountain areas and the northeastern desert, and warned drivers of slippery roads in rainy areas. Visibility may also be reduced in the northeastern desert due to dust.
On Monday, mild weather is expected in most regions, with moderate temperatures in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Clouds will appear at various altitudes, and scattered morning showers are anticipated in the north. Moderate westerly winds will occasionally become active.
Tuesday’s weather will remain mild in most regions, with moderate conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, accompanied by low-altitude clouds and light north to northwest winds.
Today’s high and low temperatures are expected as follows: eastern Amman 21C to 12C, western Amman 19C to 10C, northern highlands 17C to 9C, Sharah Mountains 19C to 8C, Badia 24C to 13C, plains 21C to 12C, northern Jordan Valley 28C to 17C, southern Jordan Valley 30C to 19C, Dead Sea 29C to 18C, and Aqaba 28C to 17C.
