Foreign Ministry follows up on missing of two Jordanians in Syria

Ammon News - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said that the Directorate of Operations and Consular Affairs is following up on the information received regarding the disappearance of two Jordanian citizens, before two days, inside Syrian territory.

Director of the Operations and Consular Affairs Directorate, Ambassador Sufyan Qudah, confirmed that the Ministry, through the Operations and Consular Affairs Directorate and the Kingdom’s Embassy in Damascus, is following up with the relevant Syrian authorities on the search for missing citizens in Syrian territory.

The Directorate of Operations and Consular Affairs is in continuous contact with the families of the missing persons, noting that the Ministry is continuing to coordinate with all concerned parties to find them and ensure their safe return to the Kingdom as soon as possible, he confirmed.
