Al-Wehdat won the match that was held at Amman International Stadium, with two goals against a goal scored by Anas Al-Awadat in the 61st minute and Youssef Abu Al-Jazar in the 92nd minute, while Al-Faisaly scored the only goal, Muhannad Khairallah, in the 19th minute. The return match between the two teams, which will witness the coronation of the champion, will be held on the 28th of this month. The Football Association made an amendment to the Super Cup match system in the current season, so that it will be held on the home and away system instead of one match.
