Ammon News - The Media and Communications Directorate at the Royal Hashemite Court announces the opening of registration for Arab and foreign media wishing to cover events related to the wedding of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif, on June 1.

Those interested may send accreditation requests to w23media@rhc.jo, and will receive a response requesting the necessary information for registration, and providing guidelines for media coverage.

Only representatives of Arab and international TV channels, as well as international agencies will be considered for accreditation.

Applicants must complete and submit the received accreditation form and any required documentation to be considered. All applications will undergo a review and approval process. Only a limited number of passes are available and accreditation cannot be guaranteed for all applicants.

The 23rd of May will be the deadline for submitting media accreditation requests.

Accredited media professionals will be notified of the dates and locations of receiving their accreditation badges via e-mail.

The marriage ceremony of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif will take place at Zahran Palace, after which the wedding procession will head to Al Husseiniya Palace, where the wedding reception and dinner will take place. The wedding reception and dinner banquet are closed to the media.

The media accreditation pass will provide the holder with access to the Media Centre at Zahran Park, across the street from Zahran Palace, or to select locations along the motorcade route, depending on the type of badge. There will be no media access to palace grounds.

Broadcast frequencies will be provided once available, while photos from the wedding will be uploaded on the RHC’s Flickr account (https://www.flickr.com/photos/rhcjo/).
