FM checks Jordanian Military Hospital in Kahramanmaraş

Ammon News - The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, Thursday, inspected the Jordanian / Turkey 1 Field Military Hospital in Kahramanmaraş.

The military field hospital staff began providing medical and treatment services in the Kahramanmaraş region, with a medical staff consisting of 110 doctors, nurses, support professions, and technical and administrative staff.

The hospital, in cooperation with the Turkish Ministry of Health, provided on Wednesday quantities of medicines and medical consumables to Turkish hospitals and charities.

The commander of the field hospital force, Colonel Muhammad Bani Hani, affirmed that all hospital cadres are working with all their efforts to implement the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II to provide the necessary assistance, to provide relief to the victims of the earthquake in Turkey.

The Turkish side praised the "efforts made by the Jordanian field hospital / Turkey 1 in providing medical and humanitarian services to those affected by the earthquake and in assisting in treating the injured."
