This bid comes by resuming "serious and effective" negotiations to achieve a just and comprehensive peace based on the two-state solution to help all parties enjoy security and peace, in a manner that embodies the independent and sovereign Palestinian state on June 4, 1967 lines, with East Jerusalem as its capital, the ministry pointed out.
