It indicated that the stage of establishing the possible infrastructure for the city will start immediately after the completion of detailed studies and designs, noting that the bidding stage will be in early 2025. Prime Ministry explained, "The first phase of the project ends in 2033, and it is part of a future expansion that is expected to be completed in multiple stages by 2025. The work in the government assembly area begins in the first phase of the project in 2025 and ends in 2028, Prime Ministry noted.
