A woman was on Monday stabbed four times by her husband in the street outside the Karak Sharia Court over a family feud.

The unidentified man drew a knife and stabbed his wife in the back, chest and right hand, according to a source at Al Karak Public Hospital, where she was rushed and admitted to the intensive care unit. She was listed in a fair condition.

Police apprehended the attacker and an investigation was underway, according to a security source.
