Crown Prince Foundation to launch tree planting campaign Tuesday

Ammon News - The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) will launch a volunteer tree planting campaign on Tuesday, June 28th, to mark the birthday of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah.

According to a CPF statement on Monday, the campaign aims at planting thousands of trees across the Kingdom with the help of young volunteers and in partnership with the Ministry of Local Administration and the Ministry of Agriculture. It also looks to encourage farming, raise awareness on environmental issues and increase green areas in the Kingdom.

Moreover, the campaign, the statement added, reflects the Crown Prince's continuous directives on active citizenship and involving youth in volunteering to benefit the local communities.
