Locally, he noted Jordanian industries sucessfully entered about 140 countries, relying on the King's international efforts, which were supported by endeavors and legislation based on the best international practices, aimed to take into account the sector's local traits.

The government, he said, adopted a participatory approach based on dialogue with representatives of various industries, and integrating them in the process of developing industrial policies and legislation that would develop national industries and enhance their competitiveness in the local and export markets.

The government, he noted, has taken many measures and decisions to further advance the various economic sectors, improve their productivity, raise their competitiveness, and provide the appropriate infrastructure and qualified manpower.
