Man faces five charges after hurling ex-wife from second floor

Ammon News - The public prosecutor on Saturday remanded a man who tossed his ex-wife from the second floor for 15 days in custody.

The man now faces five counts of felony theft, robbery, threatening, bodily harm, and property damage after he struck his ex-wife, dragged her by her hair, and stole her vehicle, bag, and personal documents.

According to initial accounts, the suspect approached his ex-wife, whom he had divorced a year prior, and asked for money. When she didn't do what he wanted, he beat her up and took her car, a bag with 100 dinars and personal papers, and other things.

A reported phone clip of the incident has gone viral across social networks and websites.
