Temps set to rise over next few days

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Although hotter weather is expected to prevail over the next few days across the Kingdom, mercury levels will remain below the 30 degrees Celsius threshold, ranging between 25 and 27 in the highlands.

However, the Jordan Meteorological Department said despite the noticeable rise in daytime temperatures, the lows will slide to the 11 degrees vicinity, especially in the highlands. In Amman and much of the central and northern regions, temperatures will range between a high of 25 and a low of 12.

The Jordan Valley and the southern Red Sea port of Aqaba will see mercury levels ranging between 32 and 35 degrees Celsius, retreating to 17-22 at night.
