Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, said the organization will assess its training and capacity building support for partners like Iraq and Jordan.
His remarks came at Foreign Ministers of NATO's deliberations on Tuesday here aimed to evaluate its counterterror effort to fight the terrorist Daesh group.
" Terrorism is a concern to all our citizens. So we will agree to share more information to counter terrorist threats," he pointed out.
Women, he affirmed, have a vital role to play in peace and security and NATO will do more to recognize this in its organizations and operations.
The Counterterror Coalition, he added, has made significant progress and more than 95% of the territory once held by ISIS in Iraq and Syria has been liberated.
"But this does not mean an end to the threat," he pointed out, adding the Coalition moves from combat operations to stabilisation.
