Home Jordan News Autumn conditions forecast Thursday, showers on Friday 16-11-2017 04:52 AM Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Autumn moderate weather is expected to prevail Thursday in the hilly areas and the Badia regions, while it will be warm in the Jordan Valley, with daytime temperatures hovering around 25 degrees Celsius in Amman and the northern parts and reaching 30 degrees in the Gulf of Aqaba. According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief, mercury levels will cool down at night, reaching 12 in the capital, 13 in the northern regions and sliding to 19 in the Gulf of Aqaba. Similar weather conditions are forecast to remain across much parts of the country, but with southeasterly light winds and cloudy skies that will bring scattered showers at night, mainly in the southern regions, the JMD added.
