The meeting, which took place at Al Husseinieh palace, tackled regional and international efforts to fight terrorist organizations and addressing extremist ideology, within a holistic approach, as well as developments in Syria and the situation in Iraq. The delegation, headed by retired U.S. General Joseph Hoar, expressed his appreciation for Jordan's stances, under the leadership of His Majesty the King, to achieve global peace and stability, and his efforts in addressing the threat of terrorism and its gangs.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II, on Wednesday, received a delegation of senior U.S. officers from National Defense University (CAPSTONE), and reviewed, during a meeting, Jordan's positions regarding various regional and international developments.

The meeting, which took place at Al Husseinieh palace, tackled regional and international efforts to fight terrorist organizations and addressing extremist ideology, within a holistic approach, as well as developments in Syria and the situation in Iraq.
