Syria prevents medical team to enter from Jordan borders

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS- Syrian authorities on Friday prevented a Medical team to enter their land from Jordanian borders. A Sabial daily newspaper reported.
The Arab Doctors Union team planed to enter Syria to help and offered their medical assistance to help victims of violence acts in Syria which erupted nearly a year ago.
One of the doctors, Mohammad Khwaldeh said that the Jordanian authorities advised the team which included 120 doctors and nurses, not to enter Syria for their safety, as Syrian authorities prevented them to enter.
They are still at the borders of Syria and trying to enter. They brought along ambulances, medical supplies, and surgeons and they are planning to go on and open strike and protest against the Syrian authorities' decision. He added.
"Either the Syrian regime brings the injured victims to the Jordanian borders or let us enter." He said
over 3,050 Syrian families fled to Jordan since the Syrian regime crackdown the peaceful demonstration across the country. the United Nation Higher Commissioner for refuges reported.
