Ammon News - Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh said that Jordan will overcome the difficulties of the current stage, just as it has overcome several crises before.
Since the first day of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, His Majesty King Abdullah II has continued his efforts to seek a sustainable ceasefire, Khasawneh confirmed, stressing that the King has a great role in mobilizing the will to deliver aid to the Gaza Strip.
While chairing a meeting at the Ministry of Industry and Trade to discuss the preparatory preparations for the month of Ramadan, Khasawneh added that the Jordanian airdrops opened the door for countries to contribute to increasing them to meet some of the requirements for the Gaza Strip, praising the efforts of the Royal Air Force in the airdrops.
There is no way to achieve regional stability in the region and achieve prospects for economic integration except through a two-state solution, the Prime Minister stressed, noting that the region is threatened by more violence due to the absence of a political horizon for a two-state solution.
The situation in Gaza has added many challenges to the public and private sectors, including high shipping costs, he noted, explaining that the government took the initiative to take a number of decisions that contribute to alleviating the effects resulting from the regional situation.
