No Jordanians injured in Bucharest gas station explosions

Ammon News - Jordanian ambassador to Romania, Sufian Qudah, confirmed that there were no injuries among Jordanians as a result of two explosions at a liquefied fuel station in Bucharest.

He expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the Romanian Republic, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured people.

One person died and 46 were hospitalized after two explosions at a liquefied petroleum gas station in the Romanian town of Crevedia, near the capital Bucharest on Saturday.

A second explosion took place at the LPG station on Saturday evening injuring 26 firefighters.

Of the 46 injured, eight were intubated after suffering severe burns, the government said.
