Eighth evacuation plane arrives in Jordan from Sudan

Ammon News - Jordan's Foreign Ministry Sunday announced the arrival of the eighth Jordanian evacuation plane of the Royal Jordanian Air Force at Marka Military Airport from Sudan carrying 46 Jordanians and 39 from Syria, Lebanon, the US, Canada, Norway, and Eritrea and INGO staff.

The number of aircraft of the Royal Jordanian Air Force to evacuate Jordanians and people stranded in Sudan reached eight aircraft, carrying 661 people, 469 Jordanians and 192 others from 26 countries.

The number of Jordanians evacuated aboard German planes from Sudan reached 30 people.

The eighth plane of the Royal Jordanian Air Force, which was flown to Port Sudan International Airport today, transported eight tons of humanitarian, relief and medical aid.
