Relatively cold weather forecast for Monday

Ammon News - Relatively cold weather conditions are expected to prevail on Sunday in most parts of the Kingdom, except in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba where it will be moderate, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
In its report, the JMD warned of poor horizontal visibility due to fog formation in the early morning hours over the highlands and plains.
On Monday, mercury levels will rise a few degrees, bringing pleasant conditions countrywide, with high clouds and southeasterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
As for Tuesday, the Kingdom will be affected by unstable weather conditions, with cloudy skies and a chance for scattered showers of rain in the southern and eastern regions, accompanied by thunder sometimes.
Today, temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 15 degrees Celsius and a low of 10C, while the port city of Aqaba will see a high of 26C, sliding to 17C at night.
