In the late afternoon and evening hours, cooler weather is forecast as mercury levels slide to around 18C. In the port city of Aqaba, it will be much hotter with mercury reaching a high of 41C and a low of 28C. Clouds at low altitudes will also appear in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom, with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD said. Thursday and Friday are forecast to bring in similar weather conditions, with northwesterly moderate winds, picking up at times, the JMD added.
