Ammon News - The Lower House on Wednesday approved amendments to General Sales Tax Law, in its session headed by Speaker Abdul Karim Dughmi, in presence of Cabinet members.

Under the amendments, the bill okayed clauses regulating goods and service supply, and the tax estate's scope of jurisdiction.

The draft also allowed traders and businesspeople to request tax refunds after two months instead of half-year period.

In addition, the draft introduced provisions to oversee selling goods from one party to another, or transferring property rights.
