Winds will be northwesterly moderate, picking up at times, the JMD noted. The weather department warned of direct exposure to the sun in order to avoid sunstrokes and low visibility due to dust formation in the Badia regions. Temperatures in the capital Amman range between a high of 34 degrees Celsius and a low of 21 degrees. Highs in the port city of Aqaba will hike up to 41 degrees, sliding to 27 degrees at night.

Ammon News - A slight drop in temperatures is expected, on Saturday, as hot weather conditions are forecast in hilly areas and plains, while scorching conditions prevail in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and the port city of Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

Winds will be northwesterly moderate, picking up at times, the JMD noted.
