The decision, which was recommended by the National Epidemiological Committee, also mandated the continuation of immunization and encouraged the administration of a fourth dose after establishing clear criteria for this dose, particularly six months following the third shot. In addition, except in emergency and suspected cases of virus infection, where a rapid antigen test (RAT) can be done, the PCR examination is no longer required for entering and visiting hospitals and health institutions.

Ammon News - Travellers to Jordan are no longer required to produce a health insurance certificate against the Coronavirus upon landing in the Kingdom under a decision made by the Acting Minister of Health, Minister of Interior Mazen Faraya, on Wednesday.
