The meeting was chaired by Marwan Rifai, the Ministry Secretary-General, and Director of the Middle East Unit at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development Jürgen Schmidt. The two sides reviewed the matrix for following up on procedures emanating from the 2021 negotiations, preparing for the official negotiations to be held in October of this year, and coordination and agreement to determine German commitments and new aid to finance the Jordanian National Priorities Program.

Ammon News - The official Jordanian-German consultations "mini-talks" were held on Wednesday, at the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, with the aim of discussing the progress of work in local development programs and projects funded by the German government.

The meeting was chaired by Marwan Rifai, the Ministry Secretary-General, and Director of the Middle East Unit at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development Jürgen Schmidt.
