Mercury levels will slightly edge up on Wednesday, but relatively cold weather will persist in high areas, the weather department said. Mercury in Amman today will range between a high of 25 degrees Celsius and a low of 8C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a high of 31C, sliding to 17C at night.
