"Cigarettes case": Awni Mutee gets 20-year jail term

The State Security Court on Wednesday has sentenced Awni Mutee to 20-years imprisonment with regard to the “cigarettes case”.

 

The other two defendants, Salameh Al Alamat and Atef Hussein received the same conviction as Awni Mutee.

 

The court decided to charge a number of defendants and companies involved with 179 million JD.
