Children’s Cancer Centre of Lebanon thanks KHCF for support

Ammon News - Chairman of the Executive Committee of Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon César Bassim on Monday expressed appreciation of Jordan’s efforts, notably donations of medication from the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) to the centre that provides healthcare services to nearly 50 per cent children with cancer in Lebanon.

In a statement, Bassim commended Jordan’s supportive stance for Beirut amid these hard times, expressing thanks to HRH Princess Ghida Talal, chairperson of the KHCF, for providing the centre with essential medication, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The Kingdom’s Ambassador to Lebanon Walid Al Hadid handed over the assistance for the centre.
