Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) on Tuesday dispatched a third relief plane to Lebanon, in implementation of His Majesty King Abdullah's directives to support the Lebanese people after a massive explosion hit Beirut port two weeks ago.

JHCO Secretary-General Ayman Al-Mefleh said that two planes had been previously sent to the country laden with various relief supplies, and today the airlift is continued by sending a third plane carrying medicines, noting that it will be followed by a fourth plane in cooperation with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.

A fully-equipped Jordanian military field hospital also arrived in Lebanon last week to provide medical services to those affected by the blast. The hospital comprises 48 beds, including 10 intensive care beds and two operating theaters.
