Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman will reach 29 degrees Celsius, in the northern cities 28 and 26 in the southern governorates, dropping down to 18, 19 and 16 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 36 degrees and lows sliding to 26 at night, the JMD stated. According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), a slight in temperatures is expected over the next two days, but similar spring conditions will continue across many parts of the Kingdom, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba. Clouds at various altitudes are also expected with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, blowing light dust at times, the JMD added.
