Light showers are also expected in various areas of the country, with westerly moderate winds picking up at night and raising dust in the desert areas, the JMD added. Over the next two days, temperatures will slightly bringing moderate weather in the mountain highlights and plains, and hot in the other regions, with clouds at high altitudes and northwesterly moderate winds. Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 34 degrees Celsius and a low of 23 degrees while mercury levels in Aqaba will register a high of 40 degrees sliding down to 28 at night.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Relatively hot weather will prevail on Wednesday in the hilly areas and plains and hot in the rest of the Kingdom, as a slight rise in temperatures is expected, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
