Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight in mercury levels is forecast for next three days, creating moderate conditions in hilly areas, the Badia regions and the plains, while it will be relatively hot in other parts of the country, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.

Clouds at various altitudes are also expected with a chance for light showers in the northern areas, while winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk at times, the JMD added.

Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman and the northern cities will hover around 29 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 20 and 18 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 35 degrees and lows standing at 24, the JMD noted.
