Ammon News - A Tennessee family has opened up about their young daughter's devastating battle with a rare disorder that has caused her to develop 'childhood Alzheimer's.'

Rowan Begbie, 3, was diagnosed with the terminal memory-robbing condition Sanfilippo syndrome last April.

Sanfilippo syndrome is a rare genetic disorder that has been dubbed 'childhood Alzheimer's' because it causes children to suffer cognitive decline and lose all of the skills they have learned by the time they are teenagers. Daily Mail
