Ammon News - A number of civilians were killed and others were injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting various areas in the Gaza Strip.

The ambulance crews recovered the bodies of five people and a number of wounded after the occupation warplanes targeted two homes belonging to the Al-Jamasi and Al-Ramlawi families in the al-Shaaf area in the al-Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Meanwhile, civil and ambulance crews also recovered the bodies of five others following an Israeli airstrike targeting a house for the Hathat family in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

The occupation artillery targeted the center, east and west of the city of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip, especially the areas of Al-Shaboura camp, the Saudi neighborhood, Lafat Badr, and Abu Al-Saeed.

In the meantime, the occupation tanks and military vehicles bombed the east of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, and the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, and blew up residential buildings in the Al-Mughraqa area, north of the Nuseirat camp.

The occupation gunboats fired machine guns at the fishermen’s boats off the coast of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli occupation’s ground, sea and air offensive on the besieged enclave since October 7, 2023, resulted in the killing of more than 37,266 civilians, and the wounding of 85,102 others.

Thousands of victims remain missing; either buried under the rubble or scattered on the roads.
