Ammon News - Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Khasawneh confirmed that he still believes that our best days are yet to come.

During his participation in the opening session of the "Tawasol Forum 2024," on "Jordan’s Resilience: From Stability to Recovery," Khasawneh sent a message to Jordanian youth, calling on them not to live in patterns of negativity and discouragement.

Jordanian young men and women are the essential and most promising support for their homelands, calling on them to pursue optimism and a spirit of initiative and achievement, he said.

The Tawasol Forum 2024 is a very important framework for Jordanian youth for dialogue and interaction on various issues that concern their present and future, Khasawneh added.

The Prime Minister stated that the government established a state of stability for the national economy, despite the regional and international crises and their repercussions.

"For first time in 21 years, Moody’s raised Jordan’s Credit Rating, which reflects confidence in its economy," the Prime Minister stated.

The Jordanian dinar is strong and stable, due to prudent financial and monetary policies of the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ), he noted, adding that, "We have an unprecedented reserve of foreign currencies amounting to JD19 billion."

He pointed out that Jordan was about to achieve a growth rate of 2.8% in the last quarter of 2023, until the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip occurred, and we achieved a rate of 2.6%.
